PRICING POLICY


All prices are correct at the time of going to press,

inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

We do, however, reserve the right to change the price

and specification of products without prior notice

 

 

DELIVERY

 

We aim to process orders within 2-3 working days,

however very often it is the same day.

Please allow extra time during busy periods

(during festivals and leading up to Christmas).

UK: We ship by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked and Signed

We ship via Royal Mail - Tracked and Signed

GUARANTEE & RETURNS

 

We hope that you will be totally happy with your boots.

But on the rare occasion you are unhappy or you want to change

the size, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt either by

phone or email.

 

The boots should be returned with the invoice/despatch note in their

original condition within 7 days.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we

recommend that you obtain proof of postage or return them Tracked.

 

Any claims for lost boots will not be accepted if proof of postage

has not been obtained.

 

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the boots using

the same method you used to pay for them.

 

We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to

reach us.

 

If you wish to exchange the boots for another size, please place

another order, once we have refunded you.

 

 

Reasonable Care:

 

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the boots while

they are in your posession. This means:

 

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the boots
  • Boots mustn't be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole
  • Tags should not be removed
  • The original packaging should be retained.

 

If you don't take reasonable care before returning the boots to us you

may have to compensate us.

 

Unfortunately we can't stop an order once it has been confirmed by us.

If you change your mind about your order after this point, you can return

the boots in accordance with this Returns Policy.
