Returns Policy

We hope that you will be totally happy with your boots. But if they do not fit, or you want to change the size, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or email.

The boots should be returned with the invoice/despatch note in their original condition within 7 days. (see address below).

We will not be able to exchange or refund any boots bought after 30 days.

Follow the returns process on the website for FREE RETURNS.

Any claims for lost boots will not be accepted if proof of postage has not been obtained.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns from outside the UK. If you are wanting to return the boots from outside the UK, the postage needs to be paid for by yourself.

We will process your refund once we receive the boots using the same method you used to pay for them or send out an exchange pair. A £4 handling charge will be deducted.

We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.

Reasonable Care:

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the boots while they are in your possession. This means:

You can open the packaging - (without damaging any packaging) to look at and try on the boots, inside, and on carpet or a rug.

Walk around in them and make sure they fit OK.
Boots must not be worn outside, and no marks or scuffing of any kind should appear on the sole.
Tags should not be removed.
The original packaging should be retained, and the boots packed up exactly as they arrived.

If you don't take reasonable care before returning the boots to us you may have to compensate us.

Unfortunately, we can't stop an order once it has been confirmed by us.

If you change your mind about your order after this point, you can return the boots in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Please send all returns to:
